Voting With Diebold

Specifically, voting with the Diebold AccuVote-TSX with AccuView Printer Module.

When I reached the polling place it was pretty much empty. The volunteers were well-trained and worked well together. In no time I was heading over to the five lonely machines. The process was straightforward; insert your voter access card card (it contains your ballot) and mark your choices. When you’re finished, check your ballot on screen to make sure what you chose got recorded (it did), then check the printed record (to be used for manual recounts) to make sure it’s accurate (it was), then press the ‘Cast Your Ballot’ button and hand your voter access card back to the nice volunteer and you’re done.

Nice.
